What's included in the cabin price?
The solid-log cabin, installed plumbing and electrical ready for hookup, insulated roof and floors, mini-split heating and cooling, and a one-year warranty. Yellow pine is standard.
What do I need to budget for separately?
Delivery and utility hookups are quoted separately. The foundation is your responsibility. Discuss site preparation, access, and local requirements before ordering.
How do payment and financing work?
50% deposit, 40% when construction starts, and 10% on delivery. Timberstone does not offer financing. Custom layouts require a separate 5% non-refundable design deposit.
Can you build for my climate?
Timberstone offers 6″ Standard and 8″ Northern solid-log walls, with Northern priced at an additional 10% of the cabin total. Share your project ZIP so the shop can discuss the appropriate system and local requirements.
